I am Antonio Olivé, born in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, enologist and technical director at Monistrol, where I have been crafting wines and cavas since 1975. Over the decades, I have witnessed countless harvests, learned from each vintage and remained committed to the pursuit of quality. I have dedicated my entire life to creating these wines, guided by a deep respect for our land, for tradition and for the belief that patience and passion are the foundations of every great bottle.

For us, winemaking is not only a profession, but a lifelong commitment. It is the result of experience accumulated over decades, of understanding each vintage and knowing that every decision, however small, can make a difference. Patience, intuition and respect for the fruit are part of a craft that is learned over time and perfected with every harvest.

I am Jakub Nowak, owner of Marqués de Monistrol. From the very beginning, I understood that a winery with nearly 150 years of history is not simply owned—it is protected, respected and entrusted to the future. My commitment is to preserve the legacy built by generations of winemakers while driving a vision that allows our wines and sparkling wines to reach new markets without ever losing their essence.

I firmly believe that true innovation begins with respect for our origins. That is why we strive to ensure that every bottle reflects the character of our land, the talent of the people who make it possible and the pursuit of excellence that has defined Marqués de Monistrol since its beginnings.
