Since 1882, Monistrol has been crafting its cavas in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, in the heart of the Penedès,
just 40 kilometres from Barcelona. More than a century of experience, tradition and a deep understanding of the land have made quality one of the defining hallmarks of the house.
Crafted using the traditional method, Monistrol cavas are the result of a careful selection of grapes and a meticulous process in which time and patience play an essential role.
